Mix the curd and Sooji and Keep aside for 30 Minutes

Warm the oil in a pan. If this is for adult you can do a tadka of mustard seeds, curry leaves and cashewnuts and chane ki daal. Since its baby food .. Well skip the tadka and add only the warmed oil to the curd mix. Incorporate and let chill for another 10 minutes.. In the meanwhile kisses and hugs to Minime...

At this point u can add the veggies... i keep some batter aside .. to the remaining add salt ,paprika etc...
Grease the cupcake liners... I love them....
Drop in a tbsp of batter per cupcake liner. Arrange ina circle.. 7- 8 of them.. Place a small bowl of water in the middle for moisture and Nuke them for 2.05 mminutes in the microwave.. Actually check after 1.45 and Let rest in the microwave for 2 minutes.. Unmould and serve with Sambhar or even Masoor Dal with Veggies... Ill be amking that next for munu me... Enjoy...

pizza plzzzzzz

A healthy Pizza...Ull definitely want more of this pizza... A 2 cup flour mixture makes one family size yummy pizza..
For the pizza u need
1 cup Ap flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 oats
1tsp baking soda
1 envelope rapid rise yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
Salt 1 tsp
1tsp sugar
2 tsp olive oil

Sift the flours, salt and the baking soda.

Combine yeast with warm milk (micro 30 secs) and sugar and keep aside till foamy. Incorporate yeast mixture into flour and make a dough
Slice up whatever topping u like... Onions, capsicum , mushrooms .. Olives

Coat the dough with olive oil and knead for 3-4 minutes. Oil a bowl and place the dough in it,..giving the dough a final spritz of spray to keep it nice and moist..Rest the Dough for 30 minutes or till doubles in size. On a floured surface roll out the dough.. thinly for a crisp pizza and let rise for another 30 minutes, For both the resting times cover with a damp dishcloth.. not paper towel.

After the prooving for 30 minutes. Put the pizza base on a flat heavy bottomed pan and roast each side for 5 minutes or till it starts browning. You may use cooking spray

Make the Sauce
In a pan heat 1-2 tsp butter and add 4-5 crushed tomatoes and cook down till you get a thick paste like consistency. Add italian seasoning, garlic powder , onion powder ( 1 tsp each) .Next mix in 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and add salt , pepper and paprika powder to taste.

Preheat oven to 400 F . Smear one side with tomato sauce, top with your toppings and finally sprinkle mozerella cheese....Bake for 10-12 minutes and broil for 8-10 minutes for an amazing crisp pizzaaaa..Enjoy....

And then were cupcakes

As promised .. here comes my first post on .... drumroll "mini cupcakes".. I love any thing mini.. mini me ( Bon bebe), mini peppadew peppers .. u have to try them and mini dishes , mini many more.. so I thought about making mini cupcakes for our mini soiree or the ladies potluck being held today.. Pardon the photos ... Its my first blog and it was 7 am in the morning... Done so to avoid waking up Mini me....
The Ingredients ...This is from the Blog Baketitude by my sister.... Google it... Its the best blog....If I do say myself..i halved it n still ended up with 24 mini cups... i ate a few along the way also ... so
1 cup ap flour ( 200 gms )
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 tsp + 2-3 pinches baking soda
1tsp vanilla
A handfull of crushed walnuts... sifted with flour so that they dont sink
3.5 tbsp cocoa powder .. its not a lot.. a must for the chocolaty flavour
1 tsp instant coffee
1/2 cup plus adjust more for taste if not frosting- sugar ... in fact add more to make it sweeter

Mini cupcake wrappers
Non Stick Spray as were nuking them ..
The Method Briefly....
Mix the oil , yoghurt and sugar together and stir till blended . Dissolve cocoa powder and coffee powder in warm water to remove lumps. Add this to the oil concoction. Finally add in the vanilla essence and stir together .
Sift Flour and Baking soda together and fold in flour little by little stirring in one direction till there are no lumps... It should be of a batterlike dropping consitency

Spray mini cupcake holders with non stick butter spray and arrange in a circle with a small bowl filled wih water in the middle.. Now the original recipe asks for 70 % power 6-9 minutes... Keep checking.. Mine is a 1000 W so at 70 % power they were done at around 5sh or to speed it up for 8 cupcakes witj around 1.25 tbsp batter 2.15 minutes at 100% power with 2 minutes standing time worked for me
Ice them.. I used pillsbury fudge frosting.. A sprinkle of spinkles... n ure done... cheers ....New trick learnt.. how to frost with one hand while holding mini me in the other hand... And note .. this is my first time frosting.. More on the frosting pen laterrsss
